Individual Therapy Rates
For 2024, the fee for a 50-minute individual psychotherapy session is $175. Extended sessions are prorated based on your hourly fee. Consultation with other professionals, letters and reports are prorated based on your hourly fee. Fees will be updated each calendar year.
Optum Insurance
Optum Behavioral Health Insurance is accepted as well as Optum EAP. Please send me an image of both sides of your insurance card. Most insurance companies require pre-authorization prior to delivery of services.
Other Insurance
I can provide you with a super bill for you to use with your insurance provider. I do not directly bill insurance.
Additional Services
Additional services such as report writing, phone consultation, texts, email communication, research and case review are typically charged at your hourly fee on a pro-rated basis.
Consultation
I provide consultation to mental health providers, educators, attorneys, and other professionals.
Payment
Cash, check or electronic payment via Zelle is accepted at the time of each service.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48-hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
